PERFUME WORLD keeps its right for not delivering or processing any purchase that has not been previously paid at all or part of a previous purchase or with whom there is a dispute of active payment and any purchase that has evidence of payment fraud or whose formalization has not been completed by bank transfer.

PERFUME WORLD will send the confirmation of the final order to the client, to the email that THE CLIENT has indicated at the Client Registration form.

Any modification of the order after its acceptance cannot be accepted by PERFUME WORLD. Where appropriate, PERFUME WORLD may pass on to the customer the costs that the modification of the order may cause.

IMPORTANT: after 3 days from the confirmation of the order, ENGEL reserves the right to cancel it, if the payment has not been received.

The shipping address will be the one recorded on the purchase, once the order is confirmed and processed, no changes can be made to the delivery address.

The delivery time, once the order leaves our warehouse, is:

• United Kingdom up to 1-3 working days.
• EU countries. 10 to 15 working days, delivery time subject to weather conditions and shipping availability.
• For the rest of the World it is approx. 3-4 Weeks.
• The delivery of high volume orders is subjected to the capacity of the carrier.

IMPORTANT: due to the volume at certain times of the year "Black Friday campaigns", "Christmas Campaign", Other festive season  delivery times may be affected. Consult our sales team in each case.

United Kingdom : Free delivery for all orders. 

Outside of UK: The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order.
